中文摘要: 如今许多构件在高温环境和交变负荷的共同作用下工作。人们对这个问题进行了大量的研究,提出了近百种疲劳-蠕变寿命预测方法。模型选择是一个复杂的过程,不仅与模型的内变量有关,而且与模型构建的理论基础有关。本文概述了几种耐热钢的基于损伤力学和断裂力学的蠕变疲劳寿命预测模型,探讨了模型的应用领域和适用性,并浅要展望了耐热钢寿命预测模型的发展方向。

Abstract:At present many components work under high temperature environment and are subjected to the alternating load. A lot of studies have been carried out in this research field, and nearly one hundred kinds of fatigue-creep life prediction methods have been proposed. Model selection is a relatively complex process, not only related to internal variables of the models, but also related to the theoretical basis of model construction. The creep fatigue life prediction models of several heat resistant steels based on damage mechanics and fracture mechanics are summarized in this paper. The limitations of the application areas and applicabilities of these models have been investigated, and the development tendency of the heat-resistant steel life prediction model are prospected superficially.
