中文摘要: 随着环境压力的增大和可持续性发展的需要,越来越多的可再生能源引入了电力行业,引起了我国电力结构的巨大变化,对电力调峰提出了更高的要求。本文分析了近年来我国电网用电和供电发展变化的趋势和现状,介绍了深度调峰火电机组的灵活性改造技术。分析了在现行辅助电力市场规则下,推广火电机组灵活性改造技术的难点,提出了火电厂、电网公司和政府的改进建议,为电网消纳更多风能、太阳能等可再生能源发电,促进电源结构的改善提供参考。
Abstract:With the increase of environmental pressure and the need of sustainable development, more and more renewable energy has been introduced into the power industry, which has caused great changes in China"s power structure, and put forward higher requirements for peak regulation of electricity. In this paper the trend and current situation of the development and change of China"s power grid in recent years was analyzed and the flexibility modification technologies of the thermal power unit with deep peak adjustment were introduced. The difficulties in popularizing flexibility modification technology of thermal power units under the current ancillary electricity market rules were analyzed. Some Suggestions on thermal power plants, power grid companies and government were put forward to provide reference for the grid to absorb more renewable energy generation such as wind and solar energy and to promote the improvement of power supply structure.
