中文摘要: 配电网接入分布式储能(DES)可以有效解决电网供需不平衡问题,但储能成本限制了其大规模应用和普及。为了优化储能配置,提出了一种基于双层优化模型的DES配置方法。首先,在考虑DES规划和运行耦合性的基础上,以DES系统年运行成本为优化目标,结合DES的部署位置、荷电状态等约束条件,提出了储能配置的多目标非线性优化和整数约束双层优化模型。然后,采用粒子群优化算法优化DES的部署位置、连接功率和容量,并结合分时电价优化储能的日运行策略,通过调用CPLEX求解器,得出了DES的最优配置和运行策略。最后,通过IEEE 33节点配电网系统进行仿真分析。仿真结果验证了所提模型和算法的有效性。
Abstract:Integrating distributed energy storage (DES) into the distribution network can effectively address the issue of supply-demand imbalance,but the cost of energy storage limits its large-scale adoption and application. To optimize the energy storage configuration,a DES configuration method based on bi-level optimization model is proposed. Firstly,considering of the coupling of DES planning and operation,taking the annual operating cost of the DES system as the optimization objective,and combining the constraints of DES deployment location and the charging state,a multi-objective nonlinear integer programming bi-level optimization model is proposed. Subsequently,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to promote the configuration position of DES,connection power and capacity. The day-ahead operational strategy for the energy storage system is optimized by the incorporating time-of-use electricity pricing,the optimal configuration and operation strategy for DES are derived using the CPLEX solver. Finally,a simulation analysis is carried out through the IEEE 33-node distribution network system,and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.
