中文摘要: 本文研制了一种可用于进行微弱信号检测的小信号测试仪,其基本原理是利用锁定放大器具有窄通带,高灵敏度等特性。在具体电路设计中,对其主要电路部分进行了理论分析和计算,实测结果表明该装置具有较高的准确性,抗干扰性,简易实用等优点。
Abstract:This paper developes a small signal detector for week signal detection. It is based on the principle that the band pass of lock in amplifier is extremely narrow and that its sensitivity is very high. In the circuit design. we carried out theoretic analyses and computation on some main parts of the circuit. Actual measuring results show that the detector is more accuracy, more noiseproof and easier to operate.
