Abstract:This paper expounds stimulation and its necessary. Analysing the present stimulation state of Chinese enterprises' staff and workers,the paper inquires into stimulation machanism and methods of arousing validly enterprise staff's and workers production zeal in the atmosphere of maket economy and modern enterprise system.
