中文摘要: 本文研究了电沉积制得的CuInSe2薄膜在阴极还原H2O2时产生的电化学振荡行为, 一方面对影响该振荡行为的一些因素如振荡溶液组成、传质、光照等进行了分析;另一方面采用外界周期性光照和外接小幅度正弦波电位来调节振荡频率, 使光电信号调制振荡趋向成熟.这为CuInSe2半导体发展成为光电传感器件提供了一定的理论与实践基础.
Abstract:In this paper, we study the electrochemistry oscillation phenomenna on electrodeposited CuInSe2 thin films electrode during H2O2cathodic reduction. On one hand, we study and analyse the factor; that affect the oscillating behaviour, including the composition of oscillating solution, mass transport and illununation. On the other hand, we discovered that the frequency of oscillation could be controlled by external periodic light and external small potential modulation. This fact may open new opportunities for photoelectric sensors with CuInSe2.
