中文摘要: 在热态冲蚀磨损的试验台上完成的20~#碳钢表面温度变化时,飞灰冲蚀磨损的影响规律试验表明:飞灰磨损相对磨损量随金属表面温度的升高而降低(在试验温度范围内)。进—步的测试和分析指出:金属的氧化膜随温度的升高而增厚,所以起到了保护金属基质的作用。文中首次采用温度指数来表征金属表面温度对相对磨损量的影响,并利用二元线性回归的方法处理试验数据建立了金属表面温度在190~350℃范围内20~#碳钢相对磨损量计算的数学模型。
Abstract:In this paper, the effect of No.20 carbon steel surface temperature on fly-ash erosion is investigated, and the law that erosion rate varies inversely as metal surface temperature is found at the temperature from 190℃to 350℃·By the analysis with AES, we noticed that oxide films become thick as the temperature rises, which has the function to protect metal base. A temperature exponent is used to indicate the efFect of temperature on relative metat wastage for the first time, and a new mathematic model is obtained by processing the hot state testing data with the two—factor linearity regression method.
