Abstract:This paper analyses the process of the industrial structural upgrade and its function to long fast economic growth in the industrialization of postwar Japan and Asian "Four Dragons", demonstrates the inevitable trend of the industrial structural upgrade of China, and also discusses the policy-methods for promoting it.
