中文摘要: 大型汽轮发电机组的轴系常采用三支点的支持方式.为了使各轴承的负荷合理分配,在轴系找中心时,对靠背轮的下张口数值有一定的要求.本文通过理论分析计算.求取其开口值,并介绍安装现场实用的试验方法.
Abstract:Tri-point supports are often used in shafts of large-size turbo-generator. In order to distribute shafts load on bearings reasonably, it is necessary to keep an opening at the low half of couplings when shafts alignment takes place. Based on the theoretical analysis, the opening value has been calculated and the practical test methods used in construction sites are also introduced in this paper.
