中文摘要: 估算机械设备的残余寿命,对企业的生产计划、设备维修和经营决策都有重要的指导作用。本文从技术经济的角度,分辨了设备几种残余寿命的涵义以及它们之间的关系。出了利润分析、综合精度评估和关键件的疲劳寿命预测,是建立设备管理信息系统时必须掌握的三项基本内容。
Abstract:The estimation of facility remainder life plays an important directional role in production plans, facility maintenance and management strategies of an enterprise. This paper analyses several remainder life of facilities about their implications and the relations each other, from technical and economic points of view. And the paper suggests that analysis of profit, evalnation of composite precision and prediction of crux part fatigue life are three contents necessary for establishing a facility management information system.
