中文摘要: 本文在简化假定基础上得出了弯管内的颗粒运动方程,进而分析了影响弯管煤粉浓缩分离的主要因素,并在45°、110°弯管上进行了模化试验,实测了弯管后隔板两侧颗粒浓度的分布,同时还针对试验工况计算了弯管内颗粒的运动轨迹、弯管浓缩装置的分离效率、相对浓度的分布,与试验结果比较吻合。因此,该分析和计算能为弯管浓缩装置设计和改造的优化提供理论参考。
Abstract:This paper gives out a simplified movement equation of a particle in curved tubes and analyses the major factors affecting seperation of concentrated powder. The model tests have been carried out in 45?and 110?curved tubes, and the powder concentration in a curved tube with a seperating plate has been measured. Meanwhile, movement trajectory, seperating efficiency of a curved tube for concentrating particles and relative concentration distribution in curved tubes are calculated. The results of the calculation are identical with experimental data. Thus this paper can make theoretic reference for optimization of design and reform of equipment for concentrating particles.
