中文摘要: 全球定位系统GPS(GlobalPositioningSystem)已向全世界民用领域开放,它的精确定时使电力系统的全系统统一时间、同步采样、同步实时向量测量成为可能,将对电力系统故障定位、状态估计、控制与保护等诸多领域产生深远的影响,本文介绍GPS系统,并对其在电力系统中的应用进行了探讨。
Abstract:The Global Positioning System (GPS) is now the most plccise global navigating,positioning and time broadcasting system around the world. GPS makes the whole-system system uniform timc, simultaneous sampling, real-time vector measurement available in the power system. It will deep influence the power system technology in various areas such as fault locating, state estimation, control and protection. In this paper, we briefly introduce the GPS and discuss its potential application in power system.
