中文摘要: 本文对社会主义精神文明建设的途径进行了探讨，认为法制是社会主义精神文明建设的可靠保证，精神文明建设只有依靠法制，运用法制手段，充分发挥社会主义法制的规范、制裁和教育功能，才能迈上新的台阶。
Abstract:The ways of socialist construation of spiritual civilization are analysed in this article.The author believes that the legal system is the guarrantee of socialist constraction of spiritual civilization. Depending on the legal institution, using the foree of law and giving full play to the function of normalimtion, punishment and education of socialist legal system, the social-ist construction of spiritual civilization can make a great step.
