中文摘要: 利用气固两相流流过弯管处作用在管壁上的离心力的变化与气固两相流流量之间的理论关系,针对电厂锅炉燃烧系统送粉管道进行了弯管法测量煤粉浓度的试验研究,得出了相应测量送粉管道中煤粉浓度的数学模型,然后对其进行了误差分析,最后提出了在线检测的实现方法和作用.
Abstract:Based on the thcoretical relationship between gas-solid flow's centirfugal foice change on outside and inside of bend and gas-solid flowing rate,we have made experimental research about measuring coal powder concentration in pneuamtic pipes of boiler's combustion system with bend method.Then we have obatined a mathematieal model of measuirng the coal powder concent arution in pneumatic pipes,done the eorr analysis,and porvided a mehtod of on-line measurement and its function.
