Abstract:In view of the developing tendency of computer technology,the general steps of devel-oping MultiMedia System based on ToolBook are introduced in this paper.In addition,while deep discussing the ways of playing Audio,
Vudio,Picutr and Animation,the solutionsto the key technical porblems during multimedia application are presented,and some examples are given to illustrate.
