中文摘要: 国产引进型300MW机组直吹式制粉系统运行中存在风量难以调节的问题,本文研究发现其原因是热风道阻力远大于冷风道阻力及风量测量装置选用不当,并提出了相应的改进措施.实践表明改进措施是合理的。
Abstract:This paper studies the problems existing in air-rate adjustment in direct pulverizing system of 300 MW brought-in unit. It is concluded that air-rate is difficult to adjust for the reason that flow resistance in hot air-duct is larger than that in cold air-duct, and that the choice of the equipment measuring air-rate is incorrectly made. Based on the analysis, this paper presents a method for improvement. The method have proved workable in production.
