中文摘要: 本文对锅炉柠檬酸酸洗废水和生活污水用活性污泥法联合处理进行了研究.其研究条件是:室温、控制污泥沉降比为30%~35%,pH为7.0~7.5,溶解氧为4.0~4.5mg/L.结果表明:CODcr和BOD5的去除率均可达90%以上,效果显著.运行处理时间为1.5~2.0h.当进水CODcr浓度控制在800~85002,mg/L范围内时,出水CODcr<100O2,mg/L,BOD5<30O2,mg/L可实现达标排放.
Abstract:The citric acid wastewater arising from washing the boiler and its domestic sewage have heen treated with activeated sludge. Tests have been made under the condition such as room temperature, sludge subsidence ratio 30% ~ 35%, pH 7.0 ~ 7.5 and dissolved oxygen, 4.0 ~ 4.5 mg/L. The result indicates that the removing ratio of CODcrand BOD5 can be over 90%, so the effect is good. The treatment process just takes about 1.5 ~ 2.0 hours. When the concentration of inlet CODcr, is limitted in 800 ~ 850Q,mg/L, that of outlet CODcr, can be lower than 100 O2,mg/L, BOD5 can be lower than 30 O2,mg/L. The water can be up to the standard and releasod.
