Abstract:Applying the methodology of Information System Engineering and by means of the back-ground on that the enterprise model was set up in the design of an electric power company's MIS, this paper describes the three lager construction“Functional field-Process-Activity"，and probes into some theories and methods for setting up an enter-prise model which include abstract on, identification and definition.
