Abstract:Surrounding the knowledge-based economy that is rising, this paper Mainly discussesthe connotation, modalities and characters of production of knowledge-based economy.The author proposes that our country should catch hold of the opportunity which isbrought by knowledge-based economy, should change the idea of developing production,should think much of knowledge's production and technology's innovation.
