Abstract:This paper summarizes the field work of Wai Gaoqiao power plant in the application of human-centered theory in the practice of“new approaches for new plants", refining the theme of co-development of both enterprise and employees, and puts forward some original ideas in terms of the generalization and perfection of the work.
