Abstract:Enforcement of financial risk management in enterprises through application of financial- derivative products can help not only to improve enterprise' ability to prevent risks, to re- duce the loss arising from risks to the lowest and to make up for the loss, but also to maximize the financial profits of enterprises as well as to perfect the financial condition of en-terprises.
