Abstract:Analyzing the importance of enterprise’s information construction to its development, this paper chiefly induces the necessity of the logical combination of enterprise’s integrated strategy and information technology (IT), the necessity of running business process restructure (BPR), and the necessity of giving full play to client’s leading role.
