中文摘要: 论述了创新人才在知识经济发展中的决定性作用，阐述了知识经济对创新人才提出的基本要求以及传统人才培养模式的种种弊端，从而针对培养观念、方法、内容、体系以及环境等方面提出了知识经济条件下培养创新人才的几条对策
Abstract:This paper expounds the creative personnel's decisive in the development of knowledge economy, the quality of creative personnel that knowledge economy needs, as well as the disadvantages of traditional cultivation pattern. It also puts forward some suggestions for qualified personnel's cultivation, as far as the concept, content, method, system and environment of education are concerned.
