Abstract:This thesis expounds the basic conception of virtual enterprises,provides the main form of management and administration and puts forward the essential features as well as main management patterns.Through systematic analysis the thesis intends to point out that the only way for fictitious enterprises to be in the lead in technology is to encourage the staff to study and make innovations at every administrative level of the enterprise.
