中文摘要: 提出了一种利用计算机技术同现代检测技术和仪表深层次结合产生的全新概念的新型仪表。在介绍虚拟仪表的构成和内部功能等概念的基础上,结合电测仪表实例,探讨了虚拟多用电表的设计原理。
