中文摘要: 着重探讨研制和开发一种专门用于建筑物外部的动态泛光照明新型投光灯变色装置。该装置是利用原有灯具，在不改变灯具外形的前提下，通过玻璃色片的变换和计算机联网遥控(或程控)，使户外的建筑物或建筑物群体实现定时或连续的灯光色彩变换。这样，城市的美丽夜景进一步得到艺术加工，更加呈现出一派色彩斑斓、绚丽多彩、生机盎然的繁荣景象。

Abstract:This paper probes into the research and development of a new type of coloring device of projecting lights.Without any change of the lights in appearance,the device takes advantage of its own features,and by means of computer on - line remote control ( or programme control),changesthe colors of lights through the colored glass panes.As a result,the outdoor buildings and building groups can be made to change colors either for a certain time or without pause.It is certain that the city will take on a colorful and fascinating view with the decoration of the device.
