Abstract:This paper states the experlence of author who studied and grasped the essence of “Three Representation”, correctly comprehended the advance of the Party, its entirety with inner connection and its bright practicality emphasized by the “Three Representation” theory. On the base of sticking to base on the masses of people practicing the requirement of “Three Representation”, the author puts forward some viewpoints that we must keep close contact with the masses of people consistently, fully respect popular feelings and public opinion, must rely upon the wisdom and strength of the masses of people to overcome and resolve all kinds of difficulties and problems occurred in advance, gather the intelligence and power of the people highly and must attach great importance to the improvement of the living standard of the people and the comprehensive quality of the people
