中文摘要: 随着能源消耗量的增长,环境污染日趋严重.循环流化床锅炉作为高效、低污染、燃料适应性广、负荷调节性能好的洁净燃煤技术设备,在全世界受到广泛重视,正在成为燃煤技术设备的主力军.循环流化床锅炉商业化的迅速发展对其自动控制提出了很高要求.分析循环流化床锅炉控制的特点,并介绍了上海石化热电厂扩建工程5#机组循环流化床锅炉控制策略.
Abstract:With the continuous development of power, environment pollution is more serious. Circulation Fluidized Bed( CFB)is becoming a main coal combustion technique all over the world for its attractive advantages, for example, high combustion efficiency,efficient sulfur removal, low NO 2 emission, fuel flexibility and good load- following capability, high demand of automation control of CFB is proposed with its fast commercial development. The paper analyses the control feature of CFB, and introduces the control strategy of CFB of No. 5 generating unit in Shanghai Petroleum Thermal Power Plant.
