中文摘要: 自动校准技术是高准确度、高分辨率智能仪器的关键技术.这种基于整体测量系统的校准模型使得校准参数相互关联,容易造成校准过程发散.因此,研究校准的收敛性具有重要意义.针对真有效值转换器的输出特性,建立零点和满度的校准数学模型,给出了校准实现的方法,并证明了该模型自动校准过程的收敛性.
Abstract:AUTOCAL is the key technology of smart instruments of high accuracy and high resolut ion.The calibration model based on the whole measurement system makes calibrat ion parameters intercorrelative resulting in emanative calibration process. So the research into the astringency of AUTOCAL isof great importance. In this paper, the model of AUTOCAL of zero and full scale is founded according tothe characteristics of the output TRMS, and the means of AUTOCAL is provided. The paper also provesthat the process of auto-calibration is convergent
