Abstract:By employing supply chain theory, this analyzes the market reformation in the power industry. Suggesting that the electric network corporation should be the control center of the controllable type electric supply chain in the future. Applying the game theory, it is proposed that it is necessary for the network corp. to reprogram its business, making it. Possible for the network corp to avoid economic risk more effciently, supervise the electric producer more impartially, keep the electric network in a good condition, collect information from the whole chain, and provide more valuable service to all supply chain members in production and sale. Finally the paper chiefly plans the future business of the network operation as a core organization in the electric supply chain.
