Abstract:The article mainly introduces the contents and characteristics of the U.S.SBIC mode, through analyzing the causes leading to the difficulties in financing for small businesses, ways of using the beneficial experience of U.S.SBIC mode are put forward, so as to establish and perfect the system of financing for small businesses in China.
