Abstract:This paper offers an account of Mr.Gao Han-zhong's paper "On the Next Generation Network" published in "Tele-communication Science (2003.Ⅱ)".A further exposition of the cause of the foamy phenomenon in tele-communication and its level as well as its difficulties, so that readers can have a clearer understanding of the concept of network of the next generation.
