中文摘要: 影响电网规划的不确定性信息的描述和处理一直是电网规划研究的突出难点.目前对于不确定性信息处理的研究已有了一定的进展,涌现了许多新的处理技术和方法.针对这些技术和方法的不同特点和性质进行了归纳和比较,并提出今后研究影响电网规划中不确定性因素所需要解决的问题.
Abstract:Identification and handing of the uncertain factors is the key in network planning.A lot of theories and methods have been brought forward to solve the problem.This paper introduces and compares these methods according to their different characteristics and discloses some urgent problems to be solved in the study of the uncertain factors.
