Abstract:This paper mainly probes into the concepts, characteristics and structural changes of nongovernmental enterprises of science and technology development, exposing their essential laws.The paper calls on leading correctly non-governmental enterprises of science and technology development in the future and managing them efficiently according to their peculiar laws.
