中文摘要: 为提高工程图纸、资料、档案管理的现代化水平,特研制了一套基于网络环境下的专门用于对各种幅面的工程图纸、图片和各种文档资料等进行计算机管理的综合信息系统.系统集图纸和文档资料管理于一体,对工程图纸、资料、档案的原件进行扫描,并将其存入光盘进行管理,进而实现对这些数据信息的加工整理和网络共享,为用户建立电子化的图纸资料档案库,以提高信息的利用率和现代化管理程度.
Abstract:In order to improve the modernized control level of the engineering drawings, data and documents, a new computer integrated management information system, based on network, is implemented, which is specialized in the management of all kinds of engineering drawings, pictures and documents. This system, firstly, realizes the numeralization of the original drawing and document information, then restores them in the optical disk system and creates an electronic drawing and document database. Using this system, users can process the digital drawing and document information conveniently, share this information through the network, improve the usage of this information and the level of modern management.
