中文摘要: 针对河南焦作爱依斯万方电厂锅炉频繁掉焦灭火问题进行分析,根据锅炉燃烧系统特点,提出防止锅炉掉焦灭火的对策,即采用中下层一次风集中布置及合理的卫燃带布置方式,能有效地稳定锅炉燃烧,遏制锅炉掉焦灭火事故的发生.
Abstract:Analyzing the problem of frequent slag trip of Henan Jiaozuo AES WanFang Power Co. Ltd., based on the characteristics of boiler burning system,the paper brings forward the way of preventing boiler carbonating slag trip by central disposal of the middle and low primary air and install the steady burning gun burner,reasonable disposal of refractory steady boiler buning, preventing boiler slag and slag trip accident.
