中文摘要: 介绍了二恶英的结构、毒性,论述了垃圾焚烧过程中二恶英的生成机理,提出了控制二恶英的方法.建议对炉排炉焚烧垃圾项目采用以高温完全燃烧为主,辅以半干法吸收酸性气体加布袋除尘工艺脱除二恶英.

Abstract:The paper introduces the structure and foxicity and the causes for the emerging of the dioxin during MSW incineration. Then the paper points out the methods of preventing the production of dioxin and its removal. It is suggested that high temperature full incineration shall be adopted as the major process with semi-dry removal aid-gas plus bag filter to remove the dioxin in the stoker of MSW incineration project.
