中文摘要: 随着我国电力体制改革的深入,发电企业若想在竞价上网中赢得竞争优势,应以电力竞价上网为出发点.以一般商品的市场运营规律为前提,研究影响发电企业竞价上网的各种因素,建立发电企业竞价上网的结构模型.该模型存在4个影响层次,即目标层、基本准则层、态势层、主要相关因素层.该模型的建立对发电企业更有效的报价,改善内部管理,降低运行成本具有理论指导性意义.
Abstract:With the reform of China's electric power system, if power enterprises are to compete successfully for net by electric power enterprises, they should take electric market's competing for net by electric power price as the background.Taking common merchandise market operation as premise, the paper studies various elements that affect power enterprises competing for net, and set up the structural model on competing for net by power price among enterprises.Four vertical levels can be obtained:the goal level, the basic criterion, the status tendency level, the mainly relative factors level.This conclusion has direct meaning to more effective price quotation of power enterprises, improving inner manapement, and reducing operation cost.
