中文摘要: 以一台50MW燃煤发电机组为研究对象,对炉内燃烧进行了数值模拟,结果表明锅炉费斯顿管上部的温度比下部的温度约低100℃,中间位置的温度比两边位置的要高,下部及位于中间的费斯顿管易结焦.分析其原因主要是由燃烧器布置不太合理引起的.针对该锅炉燃烧器存在的问题,提出了两种改造方案.

Abstract:In this paper,a 50 MW coal-fired utility boiler is studied.Burning state is analyzed through numerical simulation.The results indicate that temperature in the area up crust block duct is about 100 degree lower than that in the area below crust block duct and the temperature in the middle area is the highest.This distribution of temperature could cause the under part and middle part of crust block duct to easily slag off.With numerical simulation,the burners of this boiler are studied.To solve the problems existing in these burners,two schemes are put forward and compared.
