中文摘要: 电场分布是影响电光器件特性的主要因素。研究了有限尺寸平行电极的电场分布,得到了其电荷分布密度、电容、电场强度的数学解析式,并分析了边缘电场效应,在此基础上得到了在集成电光器件中相邻光通道互不干扰所需的平行电极对的间隔距离,这对集成电光器件的设计很有参考价值.
Abstract:Integration of optical systems is important in practical application for enhanced compactness and stability, particularly for electro-optic devices.The field distribution is the main factor that can affect the characteristics of electro-optic devices.A mathematical model is presented to characterize the field distribution of finite-size parallel electrodes, and then the general formulation of the electrode charge, the electrode capacitance and the electric field intensity can be obtained.On this basis fringing effects are analyzed and the distance between neighboring electrodes are discussed to avoid the cross talk in integrated electro-optic devices,which is useful for correct design of integration.
