中文摘要: 惠州LNG电厂1#机组在调试及生产过程中,出现几次中压汽包水位波动大跳机故障.通过对运行数据的分析,找出了中压汽包水位大幅波动的原因,并有针对性地进行试验和改进,最终取得明显效果,水位控制实现全程自动,机组启动成功率大幅度上升.
Abstract:During the commissioning and running of 1# unit of Huizhou LNG power plant, trip faults occurred several times because the water level of MP steam drum fluctuaed greatly. The reason for this fluctuation was found out through the analysis of the operation data, and the test and improvement have been made to eliminating the problem. Obvious improvement has been achieved:the water level can be controlled throughout the whole course and the successful startup of the unit increased to a great extent.
