中文摘要: 介绍了一种宽量程范围的交流电流测试仪的工作原理及设计方法.该仪器采用双级电流互感器作为电流分流器,采用对数-反对数放大器实现交流电流真有效值转换,采用超线性度模/数转换器实现数字采样.实验结果表明,在45~65 Hz频率范围内实现了线性度达到0.02%交直流有效值的测量.
Abstract:The principle and design method of alternating current testing instrument with wide rang is introduced. In this instrument, two-stage current transformers are used as current shunt, logantilog amplifiers are used to perform true rms-to-dc conversion, and rms voltage is sampled by ultra-linear analog to digital converter. There is not any adjustable element in the circuit because of advanced auto-calibration introduced. Experimental results show that the linearity of rms-to-dc conversion is up to 0.02% in the range from 45 Hz to 65 Hz.
