中文摘要: 对锅炉汽包水位进行了机理分析,从机理上将通常的测量水位分解为"真实水位"和"虚假水位"两个独立的参数.用混合建模的软测量技术进行了真实水位软测量模型的仿真研究,获得了精度较高的软测量真实水位模型.提出了将真实水位作为被调量的水位调节系统的设想,可克服由于虚假水位造成的执行机构反向动作的危险,降低传统的三冲量水位调节系统的复杂程度,提高锅炉汽包水位调节系统的性价比.
Abstract:The principle of boiler drum level is analyzed, and the measuring level is divided into the real level and the false level.Simulating the soft measurement model of real level via hybrid modeling method is carried out so as to get a more accurate model.A boiler drum level control system with real level as parameter is designed, which reduces the risk of actuator's wrong movement caused by false level and complexity of the traditional triple-impulse control system.It also improves the performance cost ratio.
