Abstract:The mechanism of the interaction of power frequency electric and magnetic fields with human body is firstly introduced.Then, the rationales for formulating values of limit of power frequency electric and magnetic fields are reviewed and how to calculate the values of limit of power frequency electric and magnetic fields is introduced.Finally, it lists the values of limit power frequency electric and magnetic fields which are adopted by various international organizations and countries and the characteristic of various standards and guidelines.
