中文摘要: 供电公司的管理层是公司决策执行机构,直接影响着供电公司工作的效率.以浙江某供电局为例,从管理层人才培养的角度,开展问卷调查,并对结果进行分析,明确其自身需求,指出了人才培训的方向.
Abstract:The managers of the power supply company are the key to the implementation of the company policy.It directly influences the efficiency and liquidity of the company's operation.Taking the managers of a certain electric bureau in Zhejiang for example, based on the result of questionaire investigation, the paper helps better understanding of its self-requirement and specifies direction for personnel trainning.
