中文摘要: 永磁调速装置是一种新型调速传动装置.通过嘉兴发电有限责任公司在300 kW高压水泵B电机的永磁调速装置的性能试验,获得了永磁调速特性的实际资料及运行调整方式,并评估了永磁磁力耦合技术在火力发电企业的应用前景.试验结果表明:永磁调速的运行维护简便,能耗减少,系统运行安全、经济.
Abstract:The Permanent Magnetic Coupling Unit(PMC) is a new speed regulating device.By means of the performance test and study, made by Jiaxing Power Generation Company(Jiaxing), in these HP water pumps with 300 kW motor B, the actual data and operation modes of the units are obtained, and the effects of the PMC in the coal fired power companies, as well as the maintenance work are explained, so as to reduce the energy consumption and accomplish the target of safety operation, economical units and environment protection.
