中文摘要: 介绍了基于VB 6.0软件的双容水箱液位串级控制系统的设计和实现方法.通过在SUPCON CS4000DDC实验装置上进行实验得到双容水箱的数学模型,应用S imu link进行串级控制系统仿真.把改进的PID控制器仿真算法应用于双容水箱液位串级控制系统主副回路的调节,用VB 6.0软件编写了该控制系统的仿真软件并进行仿真,其结果与Simu link的仿真结果相比,验证了串级控制系统仿真软件的正确性.

Abstract:A method of designing and realizing the liquid level cascade control system of double-capacity water tank is introduced. The double-capacity water tank dynamic model is derived through experiment on the SUPCON CS4000 device, and the cascade control system simulation is finished by Simulink. An improved PID controller simulation method is used to regulate the main loop and inner loop of the cascade control system, and VB 6.0 software is used to program the simulation software. A comparison with Simulink result proves that the software is reliable.
