中文摘要: 分析了基于H.264的FGS编码器框架及增强层残差系数的编码方法,提出了一种在PC平台上实现实时FGS编码器的方法.实验结果表明,经过优化后的FGS编码器能够满足实时要求,与优化前结果相比,编码器速度幅度提高,但码率有所增加.
Abstract:A framework for H.264 based fine granularity scalable video coder and the encoding method of residue coefficient in enhancement layer are analyzed. Then, an H.264 based real time FGS encoder is proposed. Test results indicate that the optimized FGS encoder can satisfy the realtime requirement, but compared with the original FGS encoder, its PSNR decreases and its coderate increases.
