中文摘要: 以苯胺为单体,采用乳液聚合的方法合成聚苯胺,对单体引发剂、乳化剂以及溶剂的不同比例做了对比试验.并通过光学显微镜,红外光谱,TG,DTA,循环伏安法对其进行表征.结果表明,在单体:引发剂:乳化剂:溶剂=1:1:1:20定量条件下,常温搅拌12 h制得的聚苯胺产物颗粒较好.
Abstract:Polyaniline is prepared by emulsion polymerization with aniline as monomer.Different ratios of monomer,initiator,emulsifier and solvent are composed in the experiments,which would affect the particle of polyaniline.Then the polyaniline products are respectively characterized by optical microscope,FFIR,TG,DTA and cyclic voltammetry,respectively.The results show that the best ratio of monomer,initiator,emulsifier and sdvent is 1:1:1:20 so that better particles are obtained by stirring 12h at room temperature.
