中文摘要: 电厂给水泵油箱多次发生油箱满水溢出的重大故障.供油系统的异常,使电动给水泵无法作为正常备用和满足随时启动的要求.通过对汽机给水泵密封水温度调节系统与轴封的工作原理的分析,找出了油系统进水的原因,并采取了相应的解决措施,消除了给水泵供油系统的进水问题.
Abstract:There are many major failures like water overflow out of oil tank happening on feed water pump oil tank at turbine-generator unit.Because of the abnormal oil supply system,the electric-driven feed water pump cannot meet the requirement of normal backup or ready starting.By analyzing the principles of water seal temperature regulation system and shaft seal of turbine feed water pump,the causes of watering problem are determined and the corresponding countermeasures are adopted,and then the watering problem of the oil system of feed water pump is solved.
